    Demolition and robot hammering

    With the use of demolition robot BROKK we may conduct works:

    • in places with difficult access for people, e.g. lift shafts, ducts, ceilings (with an option to hammer from below), basements, chimneys, stairs and staircases, hammering concrete tanks (the range of the machine with hammer is approx. 5 m)
    • in places which would be dangerous for people, also due to high temperature or harmful conditions
    • inside construction facilities – the robot fits in doorways, may move along stairs, may demolish internal elements (walls, ceilings, etc.) leaving external walls and parts of the building intact
    • during facility shutdown, ensuring high speed (high efficiency, up to 6t/h – equivalent of 15 employees with manual hammers)
    • cleaning residue in melting furnaces and chimneys
    • clearing of industrial ladles, overhangs and industrial coatings
    • everywhere where the access for the largest machines is difficult and a lot of energy is required (impact strength 406 J)

    Advantages of diamond tools

    • limitation or elimination of vibration impact (low vibration level) on construction structure upon drilling in concrete, cutting of holes, disassembly and demolition works
    • fast drilling in highly reinforced concrete (the so-called steel-reinforced concrete) and precise drilling with low noise level and without dust characteristic for classical methods
    • holes and cuts are straight, aesthetic and smooth
    • holes with a wide diameter range, at any angle, at any depth and in all kinds of surfaces (brick, reinforced concrete, concrete, stone, asphalt)

    Diamond technology

    Diamond tools are cutting tools with diamond grains attached to the tool’s functional parts. Since diamond is a super hard material when it is used as sanding material it offers numerous obvious advantages in comparison to other typical sanding materials.

    At LMS we use saws with diamond disks and wires and diamond core drills.
